Last night we were heading to church for a fun night with our middle school youth group.  We were picking up one of the girls on the way so I quickly cleaned out things the kids had left in the car.  I threw away an empty cup and a couple of candy wrappers.  The remaining items – a couple of water bottles, Tay’s Bible, and some papers – were quickly put in a plastic container and taken into the house.  I didn’t give it another thought.  This morning as I’m cleaning up a bit I empty the container.  The water bottles had leaked all over everything.  Thankfully the papers were not important things that  we needed to keep.  Unfortunately, Tay’s Bible is soaked!  The cutest little purple Bible – ruined.  I don’t think there’s any hope for it.   What a bummer!  Guess she’ll be using an old Bible for a couple of weeks till we can find a new cute one (old Bibles are fine, we just prefer the cute ones!  LOL!).  Sorry Tay!

(The picture doesn’t really do it justice – it is SOAKED! :()
